By downloading, installing, or using the Gardens App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our application. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any updates to these terms.

Description of Service

Gardens App is an Islamic spiritual companion designed to help Muslims maintain consistent prayer habits and cultivate spiritual growth. The app provides prayer time calculations, Qibla direction, prayer tracking, and spiritual progress monitoring in accordance with Islamic principles.

User Responsibilities

• Providing accurate location information for prayer time calculations
• Using the app in accordance with Islamic principles and values
• Maintaining accurate prayer and spiritual tracking data
• Respecting the spiritual nature and purpose of the application
• Reporting any technical issues or bugs you encounter
• Ensuring your device meets minimum system requirements

Prayer Times and Religious Information

While we strive to provide accurate prayer times and religious information using established calculation methods, we strongly recommend verifying with local Islamic authorities and mosques. Prayer times may vary based on:

• Selected calculation method and madhab
• Geographic location and seasonal changes
• Local astronomical conditions
• Community and regional practices

The app is a tool to assist in worship but should not replace consultation with knowledgeable Islamic scholars.

Data and Privacy

• All personal data is stored locally on your device
• We do not collect or store personal information on external servers
• Location data is used only for prayer times, Qibla direction, and — with your permission — automatic travel updates, and never leaves your device
• You can delete all app data using Clear Prayer Data in Settings or by uninstalling the application

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the app to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or Islamic principles
• Transmit harmful, malicious, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users’ data
• Use the app for commercial purposes without explicit written permission
• Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the application
• Use the app in any way that could harm its functionality or other users’ experience

Intellectual Property Rights

The Gardens App, including its design, code, content, features, and functionality, is owned by Tactiqo LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. All Islamic content and references are used respectfully and in accordance with established Islamic scholarship.

Service Availability and Updates

• We strive to maintain consistent app availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may update the app to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features
• Some features may require internet connectivity for optimal performance
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gardens App and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or spiritual practice, resulting from your use or inability to use the application. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app (if any).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gardens App and its developers from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination
